Pronouns: Yeye/She/HerI am a Well-Being Architect, Somatic Sex Coach, and the founder of ArchitectHER Pursuite℠. My work is rooted in Sankofa—honoring ancestral wisdom while stepping boldly into liberated futures.With 20+ years as a corporate trainer, a Master's in Adult Education, and current doctoral research on self-care among Black women executives, I bridge scholarly wisdom with lived experience.As a Certified CuddleSage Practitioner, RYT 200 yoga instructor, and Licensed Cosmetologist, I understand healing happens where theory meets touch, where vulnerability meets courage.I've paid off $70K in debt, navigated conscious uncoupling, and quit my full-time job to pursue what matters most. I actively co-parent with respect, care for my mother as part of the sandwich generation, and unschool my brilliant pre-teen.
I live fully—cooking vegetarian meals, flexing my natural hair, flowing through yoga, devouring good reads, and traveling as a minimalist who believes less stuff means more presence.

Like doulas who guide birthing journeys, I use genuine curiosity and the art of play as a practice ground to walk alongside you as you birth a new relationship with your sexuality, your body's wisdom, your authentic communication, and your erotic potential.
